415 and 445 E. North Water are twin highrises on the north bank of the mouth of the Chicago River.  These buildings and the townhouses that sit at their base are among the most luxurious buildings in Chicago.  They rest at the south east tip of Streeterville offering residents views of both natural and man made beauty.  No expense was spared in the construction of what can only be described as modern classics.  Architecture is an art, and few modern buildings are as impressive as these in the Prime Condo gallery of Chicago.
